TERMS OF SERVICE

between Lender and LoanHub.co.nz

In this agreement the term "Site" means this website LoanHub.co.nz.

In this agreement the term "Lender" means a finance professional or a finance company who undertakes to arrange finance on Applicant's behalf, and includes brokers, banks, finance companies and all other financial institutions and financing sources.

By using the Site, Lender agrees to be bound by this Agreement and other notices posted on the Site.

The nature of the service

The services of LoanHub.co.nz are administrative and referral only. The Site collects loan and finance applications and makes these application available to the Lenders for further consideration and processing.

LoanHub.co.nz is not a lender and does not make credit decisions in connection with loans. LoanHub.co.nz does not endorse or recommend the products of any particular Lender on LoanHub.co.nz. LoanHub.co.nz is not acting as an agent of either Applicant or any participating Lender.

LoanHub.co.nz assumes no responsibility for any consequence caused directly or indirectly by any action or inaction that Applicant takes based on the information, services, or other material on this Site.

Accuracy of the information posted on LaonHub.co.nz

While LoanHub.co.nz strives to keep the information on this Site accurate, complete, and up-to-date, LoanHub.co.nz cannot guarantee and will not be responsible for any damage or loss related to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information.

Our obligations to the Applicants

By posting an application on the Site an Applicant accept the Terms of service and authorises Lenders to contact him at the phone numbers and email addresses provided on the application form and to process an application using industry standard procedures including credit checks when necessary.

The Lender is solely responsible for its services to the Applicant. LoanHub.co.nz shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected to Applicant's use of such services.

Online forms

Lender may use the application form received from LoanHub.co.nz for processing an application based on the acceptance of the fact that the application forms featured on the site have the sole purpose of referring a prospective client to a prospective Lender. Each Lender will use their own documentation and forms to finalise the finance agreement, including Privacy statements, Credit check authorisations and other industry standard documentation.

Cost of the service

LoanHub.co.nz provides referral service as a free service to the Applicants. LoanHub.co.nz charges Lenders fees for the right of using the Site's listings. The fees are published on the Site and subject to change.

Lenders' personal information

LoanHub.co.nz collects Lenders' personal and contact information via online registration forms with the purpose of contacting Lenders with new loans applications. LoanHub.co.nz reserves the right to approach Lender's business or employer to verify the correctness of the submitted information.
