between User (Applicant) and LoanHub.co.nz

In this agreement the term "User" means the person and/or company who is accessing the site and uses online application forms in order to arrange any type of finance offered via this site.

In this agreement the term "Site" means this website LoanHub.co.nz.

In this agreement the term "Lender" means a finance professional or finance company who undertakes to arrange finance on User's behalf, and includes brokers, banks, finance companies, lenders' mortgage insurers and all other financial institutions and financing sources.

By using the Site, User agrees to be bound by this Agreement, Privacy Policy and other notices posted on the Site. LoanHub.co.nz and its suppliers provide the information and services on this Site to you, the User, on the condition of your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

Nature of the service - Loan referral service

LoanHub.co.nz is not a lender and does not make credit decisions in connection with loans. LoanHub.co.nz does not endorse or recommend the products of any particular Lender on LoanHub.co.nz. LoanHub.co.nz is not acting as an agent of either you, the User, or any participating Lender.

The services of LoanHub.co.nz are administrative and referral only. LoanHub.co.nz collects loan applications and makes them available to the network of finance professionals registered with the website.

The User agrees to relay on their own judgment and use legal and other professional advice if required in deciding which available loan product best suits your needs and financial means.

LoanHub.co.nz does not guarantee that the loan terms or rates offered and made available by participating Lenders through this Site are the best terms or lowest rates available in the market.

All application forms used on the Site are not official loan application forms as used by the Lender. The application forms featured on the site have the sole purpose of referring a prospective client to a prospective Lender. Each Lender will use their own documentation and forms to finalise the finance agreement.

The Lender is solely responsible for its services to the User.

Unless expressly stated in writing, nothing contained herein shall constitute an offer or promise for a loan commitment or interest rate lock-in agreement.

Our obligations to the Users (Applicants)

While we strive to deliver quality service to the applicants and to keep the information on this Site accurate, complete, and up-to-date, LoanHub.co.nz assumes no responsibility for any consequence caused directly or indirectly by any action or inaction that you take based on the information, services, or other material on this Site.

User's personal and contact information

You authorize LoanHub.co.nz to contact you at the phone numbers and email addresses that you provide on the application form and to provide your information, including your credit ratings, to Lenders.

You further accept that the Lenders may require and will if required check your credit history in order to complete your application.

You understand that Lenders may keep this form, whether or not you are qualified for a loan with them.

Links to other websites and references to products and services offered by third parties are provided to you for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or approval by us of
(i) the organizations that operate such websites;
(ii) the content, privacy policies or other terms of use on such websites; or such third party products and services.
