What does it cost to purchase a client lead? Can I view a sample of a client info which will I receive? Can I select client leads from my area only? Can I search for the leads of a certain loan type only?
LoanHub.co.nz accepts online applications from the loan and mortgage seekers. The application is a form containing information on the loan requirements and financial position of the applicant as well as their contact details.
All applications can be viewed by the registered users (lenders) online (or e-mailed to them automatically) with the contact details locked. If a lender takes interest in a particular application, he can unlock the contact details of the applicant by purchasing the lead.
The cost of leads varies depending on the age of the application and you only purchase the leads that you choose to.
Registered lender can browse the application list by area or by loan type to get the leads most relevant to their location and specialisation.
Once a lead is purchased a lender will undertake usual steps to work with applicant according to the industry practices.
A lead can not be purchased exclusively. LoanHub.co.nz acts based on the equal opportunity policy aiming to give our applicants choice of options.

Can I select client leads from my area only? As a registered member you will have access to the search console which allows to search for client listings indiscriminately as well as filter your search results by area or by loan type. You will be able to select the results most relevant to your business. You can view the sample screen-shot of the search console when you log-on into the member area.
